PodFleet is an AI-enabled managed operations company that runs the operational layer of 7-figure creator, eCommerce, and SaaS businesses through managed Pods, pre-composed teams led by a senior operator with AI workflows built in.
Built because the team operators actually needed (one senior operator plus a pre-composed specialist team, with AI included) did not exist as a buyable product. So we built it.
Origin
Why this exists.
In 2024, while running an AI automation agency, we kept seeing the same pattern in our 7-figure clients across the creator economy, eCommerce, and SaaS. They'd built impressive businesses but operations were crushing them.
The market gave them two options: cheap labor they had to manage, or expensive executives who built teams they still had to manage. Neither solved the core problem, founders were spending 20–30 hours a week running operations they didn't want to run.
We started PodFleet as an experiment. One pod. One client (Jackbot AI). We managed the pod end-to-end. 90 days in, the founder had his time back and the numbers had moved. We knew there was a real model here.
PodFleet now operates as a separate brand under HighImpct LLC. The HighImpct agency runs underneath it as one of the tooling backbones, AI automation is built into every pod. But the product is the pod, not the AI.

How PodFleet is organized.
Legal
PodFleet operates as a d/b/a of HighImpct LLC. We chose this structure deliberately, HighImpct provides the legal and financial spine while PodFleet operates as its own brand with its own P&L, ops, and team.
Geography
Multi-region. Pod Operations Leads work in client timezones, Americas-based POLs for North American clients. Specialists are recruited globally for skill, with a mix of Asia-Pacific and Americas team members. All pod members are W-2 employees on PodFleet payroll.
