Hire a Pod,
not a headcount.
PodFleet is an AI-enabled managed operations company that runs the operational layer of 7-figure creator, eCommerce, and SaaS businesses through managed Pods, pre-composed teams led by a senior operator with AI workflows built in. You talk to one person. We run the operation.
Two minutes, five questions. We read every answer before we talk so the call goes straight to your business.

Included
One Pod is one atomic unit of sale. PodFleet hires, trains, manages, and replaces every member end-to-end. The composition is published, not negotiated, and adjusts by bracket as you scale.
What a Pod replaces
Three real choices. One of them is new.
Every operator at 7-figures has tried the first two. PodFleet is a managed-operations alternative to hiring VAs or hiring an ops executive. Same ceiling on both, same hidden tax: your time.
Option 1
VAs & freelancers
You hire. You train. You manage. You replace. Quality is a coin-flip and the ceiling hits at 3–4 people.
- Onboard
- 2–4 months / each
- Management load
- High, yours
- Quality variance
- High
- SOPs
- You write them
- AI / automation
- DIY
Option 2
Generic BPO
You buy seats. They send agents. You still set the KPIs, write the SOPs, and run QA. Now you manage a vendor too.
- Onboard
- 8–12 weeks
- Management load
- Medium, yours
- Quality variance
- Low (but rigid)
- SOPs
- Theirs (vendor-locked)
- AI / automation
- Add-on tier
The third option
A PodFleet Pod
You hire one team: a Pod. Your Pod Operations Lead (POL) manages everyone. SOPs are yours, forever. AI automation is included. Quality and replacements are our problem.
- Onboard
- 4 weeks. Flat.
- Management load
- One human, your POL
- Quality variance
- Low + replacement guarantee
- SOPs
- You own them
- AI / automation
- Specialist in every Pod
What you're buying
One Pod. Same shape every time.
Every Pod has the same composition: a Pod Operations Lead (POL) plus a team of specialists. The POL is the single human responsible for every output. AI automation is included in every Pod, not sold as a separate tier.
Pod Operations Lead (POL)
Senior operator. Your single point of contact.
Customer support specialist
Inbox, tickets, refunds, escalations.
Community manager
Skool / Circle / Discord / Facebook groups.
Content operations
YouTube, newsletter, podcast scheduling.
Data / admin specialist
CRM hygiene, reports, recurring admin.
AI / automation specialist
The layer generic BPOs don't bring.
Every Pod member is on PodFleet payroll, W-2 employees with audited access, not a freelancer pool you're hoping to trust. When someone underperforms, the POL replaces them within 10 business days. You never run an HR process.
Proof, not promises
What happened at Jackbot AI.
Jackbot AI replaced 3 part-time hires and a fractional COO with one PodFleet pod. 90 days in, the numbers moved like this.
Founder ops hours/week
From 40+h to 9h
Saved per month
vs. previous staffing model
Faster ticket resolution

Full-time hires made

"I stopped being the bottleneck on customer-facing operations. That's the line I crossed. I'm now running the business instead of running the ops behind the business."
The Pod Trial
Start with 4 weeks. One paid engagement. Real work.
We don't sell retainers cold. We earn them. By end of week 4, you've either kept the pod or you haven't. Either way, you keep the SOPs and dashboards we built.
- Week 1
Onboarding
Shadow your team. Document every recurring task. Build the SOP playbook.
- Week 2
Handover
Pod owns 50-70% of operational load. POL reports daily.
- Week 3
Full load
Pod owns 100% of in-scope work. Metrics dashboard live.
- Week 4
Decision
Retainer proposal or clean exit, everything we built is yours either way.
How the Trial works
Flat-fee for 4 weeks. If you continue, the trial cost credits against month one. If you don't, you keep every SOP, dashboard, and automation we built.
What you keep, regardless
SOPs you own forever.
Every recurring task we run gets documented, versioned, and delivered to a workspace you control. If you ever leave PodFleet, you keep the playbook. Your Pod doesn't churn, because the work outlasts the people running it.
Most BPOs treat process IP as their moat. We treat it as your deliverable. It's the operating premise, not a perk.
Owned by you
Delivered to your Notion or Drive
Versioned
Edits tracked weekly
Replacement-proof
New pod members onboard from the doc
Audit-ready
Every workflow has named owner + last review date
Portable
No proprietary platform lock-in
Forever
Yours after engagement ends
The WAT formula
Every ops problem is one of three things.
Generic BPOs sell you Agents. PodFleet sells you all three, as one operating system.
The repeatable process. We document, version, and own the SOPs, yours forever.
The humans (the pod) plus AI assistants doing the work. Trained, managed, replaced by us.
The systems they run on. We integrate what you have, recommend what you need.
Who this is for
You're a fit if…
You're an operator-led business: creator, coach, info-product, eCommerce/DTC, B2B SaaS, or a GoHighLevel whitelabel agency.
You've hit the VA ceiling, quality is inconsistent, you're hiring and firing constantly.
You don't have time to build an ops org from scratch, and don't want one anyway.
You want one invoice, one point of contact, and a team that grows with you.
Not sure if you fit? Book the call. We will tell you honestly on the first conversation, no follow-up sequence either way.

FAQ
Things people ask before booking the call.
What is a PodFleet pod?
A PodFleet pod is a pre-composed operations team led by a senior Pod Operations Lead (POL). Each pod includes specialists across customer support, community management, content operations, data and admin, and AI automation. PodFleet hires, trains, manages, and replaces every pod member end-to-end. The client gets one point of contact, one invoice, and a managed operating layer for their business.
How is PodFleet different from TaskUs, SupportNinja, or other BPOs?
PodFleet is a managed-operations alternative to traditional BPOs like TaskUs, SupportNinja, and Quantanite. Generic BPOs sell seats: the client manages the operation, sets the KPIs, builds the SOPs, and runs QA. PodFleet sells the operation itself. The pod is managed end-to-end by a senior operator PodFleet hires and trains. AI automation is built into every pod as a standard layer, not an add-on tier. SOPs and dashboards built during the engagement are owned by the client forever, even after the engagement ends. For 7-figure creator-economy and SaaS businesses, this is closer to outsourced operations than outsourced labor.
What happens during the 4-week Pod Trial?
Week 1: Onboarding. The POL shadows the client's team, documents every recurring task, and builds the SOP playbook. Week 2: Handover. The pod takes ownership of 50 to 70% of operational load with daily async updates. Week 3: Full load. The pod owns 100% of in-scope work with a live metrics dashboard. Week 4: Decision. The POL presents a retainer proposal, or the engagement closes cleanly with all SOPs, dashboards, and automations handed to the client.
What if the pod isn't a fit after 4 weeks?
The client doesn't sign the retainer. Every SOP, dashboard, and automation built during the trial is delivered to the client and remains theirs forever. PodFleet does not renegotiate the trial fee or retain ownership of any deliverables. Clean exit.
